You’ll need: this puppet theater printed on thick paper (or draw your own– see the template for guidelines), scissors, glue stick, thick paper, hole puncher, pencil, markers, and pipe cleaners.
1
Use markers to color the theater stage, including a scene for the background set. In addition to the cut lines on the template, cut a slit just under the top curtain.
2
Fold and glue the template where indicated.
3
On a sheet of thick paper, cut some small rectangles (about 2″ x 3″). Punch a hole at both skinny ends of the rectangles. Draw a character on each, then attach a pipe cleaner.
4
To play, set the theater upright (you can tape it to a surface if you need to stabilize it). Insert your puppets through the slit you made in step one
