You’ll need: 2-4 sheets of colored paper, pencil, scissors, markers, glue stick, thin string about 3-4 feet long.

Cut out 4-8 identical balloon tops and 2 baskets. Use markers to decorate them.

Fold each balloon top in half. Rub glue on the outside folded parts and stick them together. Leave the last section unglued until the next step.

Rub glue all over both sides of the last section. Fold the string in half and lay it along the seam as shown, then close the two sides around the string. Leave a loop at the top, and some extra string at the bottom.

Glue the two sides of the basket onto the string ends on the bottom.
Hang your mobile in a window or on an IV pole and watch it twirl!
