Arts For Life is looking for enthusiastic and caring people to join our Board of Directors! We have an incredible working board, dedicated to ensuring that Arts For Life’s mission to serve patients and families is fulfilled in the best way possible! Join this truly remarkable group of people to bring creativity and the arts into the hospital for young people across our communities. We are especially interested in candidates who would like to serve in leadership roles on our Board of Directors.
Our Board meets in person twice a year, with virtual sessions and committee meetings taking place every other month. In-person meetings rotate between our three chapter locations – Asheville, Charlotte and Winston-Salem.
We welcome and review applications each fall—applications are typically due in early November but the exact date will be announced later this year. Virtual interviews are typically held in mid-November, allowing our new Board Members to start serving their three-year term in January of the coming year!
