Fellowships
Arts For Life has no open Artist Fellowship positions available right now.
In our Artist Fellowship Program, Arts For Life recruits, hires, trains, and supervises professional and emerging artists to teach their specific art form to young patients undergoing treatment for serious and chronic illnesses. The program has reached thousands of young patients, and helps kids in the hospital stay active, learn, and create. Successful fellowships have taught our patients advanced skills in ceramics, printmaking, creative writing, poetry, and music.
It is difficult and usually a long path to bring what you love, your artwork, and making a living together into something that is rewarding and makes an impact. The Artist Fellowship Program provides an opportunity for artists to help fill a real need in the community by using their skills and sharing their knowledge. I am proud and honored to be in this position and to serve and teach kids by sharing my specific art form.
